The main role of a Fulltime Installer is to assist the Lead hand with various tasks throughout the day working towards a common goal.  The Lead Hand will provide guidance, leadership, and training to the Fulltime Installer.

 

Job Qualifications:  What you must have to qualify for the position

  • Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs per day
  • Ability to work in the elements for long periods of time
  • Basic Knowledge of handheld construction tools and small power tools (drills, saw, etc.)
  • Must own steel-toed boots and bring to site each day
  • Must be able to follow directions and work efficiently towards a team goal
  • Know all Labourer tasks and skills
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and posses a valid driver’s License
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with the required Job Skills listed below.
